David is the Vice President of Operations and Client Relations for Hello Solutions, responsible for day-to-day business operations and ensuring that the company’s internal policies and procedures are optimized to ensure client satisfaction and efficacy. A 20-year industry veteran, David has held executive roles with JPMorgan Chase and a number of law firms that specialized in default servicing. David has been involved in foreclosure, bankruptcy, financial operations, and client services throughout his career, and leverages that experience to create, maintain and improve both business processes and partnerships in the mortgage industry.
