Pedro A. Delgado is a mission-driven leader with more than 35 years of combined experience in federal law enforcement, military service, and private-sector entrepreneurship. As Managing Partner at Hello Solutions, he oversees finance, operations, sales, and marketing—driving strategic growth and building trusted partnerships across the mortgage default servicing industry.
Before transitioning to the private sector, Pedro served as a Special Agent with the Department of Homeland Security / Homeland Security Investigations (DHS/HSI), leading complex domestic and international cases, including child exploitation, gang activity, financial crimes, and undercover operations. Stationed at the U.S. Embassy in Manila, Philippines, he represented DHS as a U.S. diplomat, managing multi-agency programs and forging strong partnerships with foreign law enforcement agencies and government officials.

He has led multi-agency task forces, conducted covert operations across continents, and provided operational support in high-risk, classified environments.
