Since becoming a partner in 2011, Bob has played a key role in the firm’s strategic planning, relationship management, and business development groups. Much of Bob’s time is devoted to directing the firm’s client relationship management, strategic direction, technological initiatives, and compliance standards. Bob has structured the firms evolving reach and services in response to clients needs and ever changing market conditions.

His commitment to the creditors rights industry spans far beyond the walls of Clunk Hoose. From 2014-2017 Bob served on the Ohio Mortgage Bankers Association Board of Trustees. It is on this board that he played a key role in the development and passing of Ohio HB 463, a foreclosure reform bill addressing Ohio’s move to the use of Private Selling officers for property auctions in the state. In 2014 he was awarded the William G. Hodupp Distinguished Service Award for his service to Mortgage Banking Communities. Additionally, Bob was a featured speaker at the Ohio Mortgage Bankers Association annual convention in 2015, 2016, and 2017.
