The Kentucky Supreme Court Order that stayed all Foreclosure matters was lifted as of June 1, 2020. Cases can be filed and hearings will be held as normal. The only difference is that most of the hearings are now being done either through Zoom or Skype. The hearings that are being held in person are being spaced out time wise to facilitate social distancing and facial coverings are required to enter most Court buildings.
The Master Commissioners are beginning to set sales as well with the first sales expected to take place towards the end of June or beginning of July. Some of the sale locations may be changed to accommodate social distancing.
