For Oklahoma, there are no state imposed COVID 19 moratoriums. Pottowatomie County, which was shut down for two weeks due to COVID 19, has reopened.

There is no specified foreclosure/eviction moratorium in the State. The state’s courts were closed to the public until May 18, 2020. Individual county courts have slowly opened since. The setting of hearings and sheriff’s sales has been delayed due to the backlog of cases due to the two month court closure. It is anticipated that hearing will begin to be set in June and sheriff’s sales will begin to be set in July on those files not subject to the national moratorium.
